Investment: Starting at $750 planning fee
To secure your complimentary hotel or cruise booking, a fully refundable $150 retainer is required upfront. This fee is returned to you in full once your booking is confirmed — it simply ensures that the time spent researching and pulling pricing on your behalf is protected. No booking, no charge lost. Just a commitment on both sides so we can do our best work together.

If you've already confirmed a 4 or 5-star property or cruise, send me your confirmation. I'll transfer it to our agency credentials where eligible — unlocking complimentary upgrades, daily breakfast, and other VIP amenities at no extra cost.

Because planning a trip shouldn’t feel like a second job. We will only book flights if we are doing a full trip planning service. If you would like for us to book your flight then there is a $75 ticketing fee. Not interested? No problem! Feel free to book your own flights, and send us the information so we can coordinate the rest of your trip accordingly.
No at this time we do not offer payment plans. The deposit and payment is dependent on the hotel or supplier. Trip planning fees for custom itinerary planning are due upfront in full, prior to the start of work.
Travel advisors are paid commission from the hotel. This is how travel advisors make a majority of their salary. There is only a planning fee if we are designing a custom trip.
Most of the time, you’ll pay the same rate as booking direct—but with us, you’ll often unlock exclusive perks like complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, resort credits, early check-in, and late check-out. If the rate ever comes out slightly higher, it’s usually by a small margin—and the added value more than makes up for it. Don’t want the extras? No problem. We can always book the standard rate too.
Yes—this white-glove concierge service is available exclusively through our Grand Voyage package. If you’re looking for a seamless, start-to-finish experience (think hard-to-get tables, spa bookings, wine tastings, and more), this is the service tier for you.
As early as possible! Ideally, we recommend getting in touch 6–8 months before your trip, especially for popular destinations or peak travel seasons. That said, we understand life moves fast—so if you’re working on a shorter timeline, reach out anyway. We’ll do our best to work our magic.
Both are bespoke and deeply personalized—but Grand Voyage is our top-tier offering. It includes concierge bookings (dining, spas, wineries, etc.), a pre-departure call, and ongoing in-travel communication for a truly elevated, hands-free experience.
Curated Escape is perfect if you want a custom itinerary without the full suite of concierge perks—it still delivers luxe, tailored planning but gives you a little more independence.
